Since 2024, the exchange rate of the Ethiopian Birr against the US Dollar has fluctuated significantly. In accordance with the notice issued by the Center in August 2025, as well as the actual operational conditions and relevant work arrangements of the Center, the Visa Application Service Center hereby decides to implement the service fee adjustment arrangement for the second phase starting from October 31, 2025. Specifically, the service fee will be adjusted to a pricing standard of USD 30 per application based on the exchange rate on October 21.
