The Chinese Visa Application Center has now switched to an online pre-review system. All applicants must first complete the visa application form online and submit supporting documents. Only after the online review is approved may applicants proceed to the visa center to submit their documents in person.

(Note: Applicants for diplomatic, official etc. visas should still go to the Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia.)

3. It is recommended to submit your online application via the visa center website 30 days before travel.

4. After the online pre-review is approved, it is recommended to visit the visa center within 14 days to submit the application. Before going to the visa center to submit your passport and documents, please:

Confirm your application status is "Online review completed".

Check your registered email for the confirmation email.

Bring these printed documents along with:

Your original passport

One recent color photo (2-inch, white background)

Then go to the visa center to submit your application.

To collect your visa/passport, you must bring the receipt provided when you submitted your application.

Submission of applications : 9:00–15:00.

የቻይና የቪዛ ማመልከቻ ማእከል አሁን የኦንላይን ቅድመ-ግምገማ ስርዓት ቀይሯል። ሁሉም አመልካቾች በቅድሚያ የቪዛ ማመልከቻ ቅጹን በመስመር ላይ መሙላት እና ደጋፊ ሰነዶችን ማስገባት አለባቸው. የመስመር ላይ ግምገማው ከተፈቀደ በኋላ ብቻ አመልካቾች ሰነዶቻቸውን በአካል ለማቅረብ ወደ ቪዛ ማእከል መሄድ ይችላሉ

(ማሳሰቢያ፡- ለዲፕሎማቲክ፣ ኦፊሺያል ቪዛ….. ወዘተ የሚያመለክቱ አመልካቾች በኢትዮጵያ የቻይና ኤምባሲ ቆንስላ ክፍል ይሂዱ)

ልዩ ማሳሰቢያ

1. የመስመር ላይ ቅድመ-ግምገማ ሂደት ዝርዝር መመሪያዎች (እባክዎ ቅጹን ከመሙላትዎ በፊት ለማየት ጠቅ ያድርጉ)

2. የተለመዱ ቴክኒካዊ ጉዳዮች እና ለቅጽ ማጠናቀቅ ምክሮች (እባክዎ ቁልፍ ነጥቦችን ለማየት ጠቅ ያድርጉ)

3. ከመጓዝዎ 30 ቀናት በፊት የቪዛ ማእከል ድረ-ገጽ ላይ በመስመር( ኦን ላይን ) ላይ ማመልከቻዎችዎን እንዲያቀርቡ ይመከራል፡፡

4. የመስመር ላይ ቅድመ ሪቪው ከተፈቀደ በኋላ ፓስፖርት እና ሰነዶችን ለማስገባት ወደ ቪዛ ማእከል ከመሄድዎ በፊት አመልካቹን ለማስገባት በ 14 ቀናት ውስጥ የቪዛ ማእከልን ለመጎብኘት ይመከራል ።

· የማመልከቻዎ ሁኔታ የመስመር ላይ ግምገማ መጠናቀቁን ያረጋግጡ

· ለማረጋገጫ ኢሜል የተመዘገበውን ኢሜልዎን ያረጋግጡ

· አባሪዎችን ያትሙ(ፕሪንት )

· የቪዛ ማመልከቻ ደረሰኝ

· የቪዛ ማመልከቻ ቅጽ የመጀመሪያ እና የመጨረሻ ገጽ (ፊርማ ገጽ) እነዚህን የታተሙ ሰነዶች ከዋናው ፓስፖርትዎ ጋር ይዘው ይምጡ

· የመጀመሪያ ፓስፖርትዎ

· አንድ የቅርብ ጊዜ ከለር ፎቶ (2 ኢንች ነጭ ባክግራውነድ )

· ከዚያም ማመልከቻዎን ለማስገባት ወደ ቪዛ ማእከል ይሂዱ

ቪዛ/ፓስፖርትዎን ለመሰብሰብ ማመልከቻዎን ሲያስገቡ ተሰጠዎትን ደረሰኝ ይዘው መምጣት አለብዎት

የአመልካቶች ማመልከቻ ማስገቢያ ሰአት ከ ጥዋቱ 3፡00 እስከ 9፡00

የዶክመንት መረከቢያ ሰዓት ከጥዋቱ 3፡00 እስከ 10፡00
