I. Common technical issues for filling out the form:

1. How to check the submitted application form

A. Applicant sign in to the center's website, enters "My Account", clicks on "Details", and then clicks on "Incomplete" to view the status of the application form.

B. If the status of the application form cannot be found, please adjust the creation date and search again.

C. If the applicant is still unable to find the application, please send the applicant 's passport number, passport information, Centre account registration email address, etc. to "Alexandriacenter@visaforchina.org. The Centre will assist the applicant in finding the application form.

2. The application form created at the center cannot be submitted

A. Applicant may have submitted an application at another center. He/She must withdraw the application before submitting a new one at our center.

B. If Application Form is rejected and cannot be submitted, please check for any incomplete or unsaved information, and confirm that all required options have been accurately filled in.

C. Only one application form can be submitted for the same passport.

3. Withdraw the application form

A. When the status of application Form shows "under review", the applicant can select the application form to be withdrawn. In operation, click view and select cancel application. The center will determine whether to agree to cancel the application based on the reason for cancellation.

B. After withdrawing an application for the same passport twice, a new application can only be submitted 30 days later.

4. No information regarding the modification or approval of the application form has been received

A. The center will send the relevant information regarding the rejection or approval of the application form to the email address used by the applicant to register the account at the center in the form of an email.

B. Please ensure that the applicant's personal registration email address is a commonly used one.

C. should check the email Settings in advance to avoid emails being confirmed as spam or rejected.

II. Notes on Filling Out the Application Form：

1. Applicants from third countries need to provide the last entry and exit stamps of their passports or legal residence permits.

2. The employment certificate (HR letter) must be signed and sealed by the employer, along with the applicant's passport information.

3. The information on the invitation letter, passport and application form is true, valid and complete.

4. The information of the inviting organization or inviter must be filled in completely in the application form to ensure its completeness and accuracy.

5. Please allow sufficient review time for booking air tickets for L and G.

6. F and M should provide the business license or legal person certificate of invite the organization.

7. For S1, Q1, S2 and Q2 multiple times, the applicant is required to provide proof of kinship.

As the application is rejected and needs to be re-examined, please allow sufficient application time and ensure that the information on the application form, passport, and uploaded documents is complete and accurate.
