Upload a clear, coloured, and complete copy of your passport. Ensure that all details are visible.

Incomplete or incorrect hotel/flight details

Provide your confirmed hotel address (section 6.1E) and flight details (sections 6.1B and 6.1J).

Dates in the application form do not match supporting documents

Align the travel dates in your application form with your flight tickets and hotel bookings.

Unnecessary or incorrect information in the form

Remove additional information and complete only the required fields as per form instructions.

Passport number mismatch (application vs. invitation letter and other documents which contains passport number)

Ensure the passport number matches exactly across your passport, application form, invitation letter and other documents which contains passport number.

Missing Bank statement

Submit a bank statement covering the last six months

Missing proof of Payment

Upload a valid receipt issued by Standard Bank showing your name and transaction details.

Missing company documents (for business visa)

Attach the company’s invitation letter, owner’s ID, and company license.

Incomplete Invitation details (for visitor’s visa)

Provide an Invitation with the host’s full name, ID / passport details, signature and valid contract information.

Travel History not Provided

Enter details of all countries visited in the past 12 months including entry and exit stamps, in Section 7.3 and 7.4.

Relationship with host not specified (for student visa)

Indicate the correct relationship in Section 6.2B.
