1.Single/Double way Courier Service

Opting for the Double way Courier Service allows you to send your application materials and passport directly to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Gothenburg will registered mail. Upon receipt, our staff will promptly conduct a preliminary review and contact you the same day. A dedicated representative will guide you through each step of the application process, including payment. Once your visa is approved, your passport will be securely delivered to your designated address via registered mail, ensuring safety and convenience.

With the single way courier service, you or an authorized representative can submit your application in person at the center. After your visa is approved, your passport will be securely dispatched to your specified address via registered mail, offering a reliable and hassle-free experience.

2. Form Filling Assistance

Professional staff will assist in completing your visa application form, ideal for those frequently traveling, lacking computer access, or seeking accuracy.

Staff will read questions aloud and accurately record your responses as required.

This ensures error-free and efficient form submission.

3. SMS Notification Service

Receive real-time updates on your visa application status via SMS, keeping you informed at every critical step.
