Notice on the Launch of Two-Way Mail Application and Extended Services
Dear Applicant:
To enhance service convenience and meet diverse application needs, China visa application center is officially launching a two-way mail application and extended services. The specific service details and application procedures for the two-way mail application and extended service are as follows:
I. Two-way mail service details
Applicants do not need to personally visit the visa application center to submit materials and collect their passports (except for long-term visas with a stay exceeding 180 days and visa applications requiring fingerprinting). They can complete the entire process through online review, email application, bank transfer, and mailing materials. The center will collect and review all documents and mail the passport and fee receipt back to the applicant's designated address after the visa is processed.
II. Two-way mail application steps
Step 1: After obtaining the application certificate, the applicant sends request email to visa center.
After receiving the application confirmation page (application voucher) , applicants should compose an email and send it to the visa center at helsinkicenter@visaforchina.org, requesting a two-way mail application. The email must clearly state:
1. Applicant's name and contact number
2. Detailed address (including postal code) for returning your visa and passport.
Step 2: Pay the relevant fees via bank transfer.
Applicants must pay the visa fee and service fee via bank transfer.
The current fee is € 235.30 (including tax, tax rate 25.5%), it is a reference price because the visa fee may vary. The final price will be based on the notice from our email.

Please be sure to include the applicant's name and passport number in the transfer remarks for verification purposes.
Step 3: Mail the application materials and send the tracking number.
After completing the transfer, the applicant should mail all application materials to the designated mailing address of the Visa Application Centre : Salomonkatu 17B, 3Krs, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. Company: CITS V Service (Finland) OY\Chinese Visa Application Service Center. After mailing, please send the tracking number to the Visa Centre's email address helsinkicenter@visaforchina.org to track your package.
Step 4: The center collects, verifies, and returns the passport.
Center staff will collect the documents from the designated collection point and verify the application materials. Once the materials are correct and payment has been received, the center will complete the application process. After the visa is issued, the center will return the passport (including the visa) and payment receipt to the return address provided by the applicant in step one via registered mail ( Posti ) .
III. Description of Extended Services
In addition to the two-way mail service, our center also offers extended services, the details of which are as follows:
(1)Form filling service (138.1 euros per form including tax, current tax rate 25.5%)
Applicants should contact the center's customer service via email or phone. Our staff will then provide a relevant information form and a list of required documents via email for the applicant to complete. The applicant should attach the documents listed in the list and send them to the center's email address. The center will then complete the online application form based on the information and document list provided by the applicant and submit it for online review. Note: If the embassy requires additional documents for visa processing, the applicant can submit the relevant documents to the visa center via email (no additional fees apply).
(2)Expedited certificate processing service (€69 per item including tax, current tax rate 25.5%)
If your visa is ready but are unable to collect it during normal business hours, you can contact the visa center for expedited collection during weekday non-business hours (generally 13:00-17:00 on weekdays; please consult customer service for special time slots).
(3)The after-hours pickup service (€69 per item including tax, current tax rate 25.5%)
If you are unavailable to pickup your passport with visa during normal business hours. You can contact the visa center to schedule a pickup service outside of business hours (generally 13:00-17:00 on weekdays; please consult customer service for special time slots) .
IV. Relevant Precautions
1. Please ensure that all mailed materials are complete to avoid processing delays due to missing materials.
2. Please ensure the transfer amount is accurate. Any discrepancies will affect the processing of your application.
3. The mailing time during the mailing and return process is the responsibility of the third-party carrier. It is recommended to choose a third-party mailing service company with trackable logistics and security . This center is not liable for any loss or damage to documents caused by the negligence of the mailing carrier .
4. Please understand that the pickup and return time may be delayed during holidays.
5. The selection of two-way mail service and extended service items is voluntary for the applicant. When making a decision, please confirm your selection of relevant services by email or in person with a signature.
