The Johannesburg Chinese Visa Application Centre, Durban and Cape Town offices have launched the Extended Service, which is a paid service specially customised according to applicants’ needs.

I. The detailed items and fee packages are as follows:

Item	Description	Extended service fees（Tax included）
1	Guide applicants to complete online form filling and upload application materials.	828 ZAR
2	When the applicant's application materials are unqualified, the application materials can be temporarily stored in the center (or office) and submitted to the Consulate General on behalf of the applicant after the application materials are qualified.	828 ZAR
3	With the approval of the center (or office), applicants can collect their passports in another city.	828 ZAR
4	Other non-routine services provided to applicants with the approval of the center (or office).	828 ZAR

Note:

(1) The above extended service fees are charged in addition to the original basic fees. The total fee is subject to the final receipt.

(2) The above extended service fees will be adjusted regularly based on the exchange rate between the US dollar and the rand.

II. Extended service application steps

1. The applicant states his/her needs at the information desk.

2. The service specialist receives the applicant in the VIP room and understands the situation.

3. The applicant pays the fee.

4. The service specialist provides extended services.
