When filling out the online visa application, please follow the following information, otherwise your visa application may not be approved:

1. Fill out the visa application form completely. In particular, the section 6.2 - inviting information must be filled in completely and cannot be left blank or selected as "Not Available".

2. The documents must be uploaded to the specified location. For example, if you upload a bank statement, please upload it in the bank statement section.

3. If your visa application has been reviewed but you have not received a visa application certificate email notification, you can come to the Center to apply for the visa.

4. If you receive a request from the embassy and visa center to modify the application form or provide the supplementary documents but you do not make any changes or upload the documents repeatedly, your visa application will be suspended for one week.

5. If you are Chinese, please fill in your Chinese name in column 1.1D Chinese Name on the first page when filling in the application form.
