To further enhance the convenience of services for traveling to China and meet your demand for exclusive and efficient visa processing, our center provides the following exclusive VIP services:
I. Service package
Package 1: One-on-One service in VIP area
(Form filling service , no queuing, etc.)
Package 2: Self-Service in VIP area
(Modify and print application materials, etc.)
Package 3: Print and copy required documents, Digital photo
Package 4: Extended service Hour
(9:30-10:00, 14:00-15:00 on work days, appointment required)
Package 5: Submit materials the next day, Call notification
Package 6: Dedicated assistant service
(Guidance and assistance with preparing commonly used APP’s in China)
Package 7: Priority queue
II. Fee Schedule:
Package 1,8,9: 99.0 Australian dollars / per form (gst included)
Package 2-7: 49.5 Australian dollars / per form (gst included)
Please be advised that the VIP service fee is charged for providing VIP services, which does not include visa fees and visa service fees. Choosing VIP services dose not guarantee visa approval. The fee will not be refunded regardless of whether the applicant withdraws the visa application midway or whether it is approved.
III. Application Process
VIP service is based on the principle of voluntary participation and can be selected on demand. All packages can be selected when filling out the online application form, and confirmed with the staff upon arrival. Except for Package 4, applicants can also request the VIP service in the center directly.
Applicants who choose Package 4 should make an appointment by phone or email at least two working days in advance.
