The China Visa Application Service Center in Mexico City and Tijuana will suspend operations on November 17 , 2025, and will resume normal business on November 18, 2025.

Effective September 30, 2025, all applicants (excluding visa applicants from Hong Kong, China and Macao, China) are required to complete the application form and submit supporting documents online. Applicants may proceed to the Visa Center to submit their materials only after their online application has been approved. (Applicants for Diplomatic, Service, and Talent visas should still submit their applications directly to the corresponding Embassy or Consulate.) For the application procedure, please click here.
