Notice on Fee Receipts

To effectively protect the lawful rights and interests of applicants, the following matters regarding fee receipts are hereby announced:

1. Applicants have the lawful right to obtain fee receipts. When receiving relevant services and paying fees, please proactively request and properly keep lawful, formal fee receipts from the charging party.

2. Fee receipts are important vouchers for safeguarding one's lawful rights and interests. Applicants are advised to attach great importance to the retention of receipts, so that they may serve as valid evidence in the event of a dispute.

3. If formal fee receipts are not obtained or retained, and a dispute subsequently arises in connection with the relevant service matters, the applicant may face adverse consequences such as difficulty in producing evidence when asserting claims and safeguarding lawful rights and interests.
