I. Common Technical Issue and precautions
1. How to check the submitted application form on the center website
1) Applicants may log in to the center's website, navigate to the "My Account", select "Details", and then click "Completed" to view the status of their application form.
2) If the application form status cannot be found, please adjust the creation date and search again.
3) If the applicant is still unable to locate the application, please contact the Visa Center. The Visa Center will assist the applicant in retrieving the application form.
2. Unable to submit the application form after creation
1) The applicant may have submitted an application at another Visa Center. The previous application must be withdrawn before a new application can be submitted at our center.
** Please note that the request for cancellation can only be made if the visa status is "under review" or "Pending Payment". You should first log in to the Visa Center where you submitted your form, then click the "view" button under [operation] to enter the review page, where you will find a button [cancel application] at the top-right corner of the page. Click this button to request cancellation.
2) If the applciation form cannot be submitted after being rejected, please check whether there are any incomplete or unsaved entries, and ensure that all mandatory fields have been accurately completed.
3) Each passport may be used to submit one application form, with the exception of crew visa applications.
3. Withdrawal of Application Form
1) If you need to make changes to the application form or upload supplementary application materials, there is no need to request a cancellation. Simply wait for the application to be returned.
2) Request for cancellation can only be made if the visa status is "under review". If your application status is "to be modified" or "supplementary materials required", but you still wish to cancel your application, you can resubmit your application to change the status to "under review", and then follow the steps outlined in question 2 above.
3) After two applications have been withdrawn under the same passport, a new application may not be submitted until 30 days have passed.
4. Verification has failed
When Selecting "view" in your account to access the application form, if the system displays "Verification has failed, and please sign in again", follow the procedure below to troubleshoot the issue:
1) In the visa center website interface, go to the top-right corner and select "other center." Then, use your current account to sign in to a visa center in another country, for example, Singapore.
2) In "My Account", Select "Fill in a Form." Next, click "Start Filling in a Form" to continue to the next page.
3) No information needs to be entered. Close the current page to return to "My Account," and select "Log out" to exit the system.
4) Cose the browser, reopen the Manila Visa Center website, log in, and go to your account to view your application.
5. No information has been received regarding the amendment or approval of the application form
1) Information regarding the rejection of the application form with a requrest for supplementary documents, or its approval, will be sent by email to the address used by the applicant to register the account with the Visa Center.
2) Applicants are advised to ensure that their registered email address is one they use regularly.
3) Applicants are advised to check their email settings in advance to ensure that messages are not classified as spam or rejected.
4) If you application status under your website account shows "Online Review Completed", but you have no received a confirmation email, you may go directly to the visa center with the required application documents to submit your application.
II . Notes on filling in the application form and uploading materials
1. Non-Philippines passport holders make online applications require submission of legal stay documents in the Philippines.
2. Applicants for M, Z, F, X1, X2, S1, S2, Q1, Q2 visas must fill in the information of the inviting organization or individual in section 6.2 of the application form. Ensure that the information is complete and accurate.
3. Please spare sufficient time for review of the flight tickets booked for visa applications, and upload the flight tickets containing the applicant's name and all hotel orders for stays in China.
4. Applicants for M/F visa should provide an invitation letter that meets the requirements (with the seal of the unit, signature, and information of the inviter).
5. For Minor applicants:
1) Minor applicants should upload their birth certificate (with parents' information pages) as well as both parents' passport information pages.
2) If the minor is traveling with their parents, please upload the parents' valid Chinese visa.
3) If the minor is applying for a Chinese visa at the same time as their parents, please upload the parents' "application form number" under the "Other" section.
4) For minors, please fill in item 9.2 of the application form.
Reminder:
If the application is rejected, additional materials or information needs to be modified, which will be subject to re-examination. Please spare sufficient time for the application and ensure that the application form information, passport and uploaded document information are complete and accurate.
