Notice on the Implementation of the Online Pre-Review System for Visa Applications

Dear Applicant,
In order to further improve the efficiency of visa applications and optimize service procedures, our visa center will implement an online pre-review system in cooperation with the Consulate General of China in Marseille. Starting from March 31, all applicants (excluding those applying for visas to Hong Kong and Macao, China) must first complete the application form online and submit the required documents.
Only after passing the online pre-review will they be able to visit the Marseille Visa Center to submit their documents. (Applicants for diplomatic, official, and other special visas must still complete the application form online, upload the required documents, and then submit them directly to the Consulate General of China in Marseille.)
To ensure a smooth system upgrade, a maintenance operation is scheduled for March 28 at 3:00 PM. After this update, application forms completed on the current website will no longer be valid.
Therefore, applicants who have already filled out a form on the current website are advised to submit their documents to the visa center before March 28, 13H. Additionally, during the system upgrade period (from March 28 at 1:00 PM to March 31 at 9:00 AM), it is recommended to refrain from filling out application forms to avoid any data loss.
