1. Before applying for consular authentication, the relevant documents of the applicant shall generally be notarized by the notary office or the judicial office of the place where the household registration is held in Cambodia; 

2. The applicant applies to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cambodia for consular accreditation of the host country; 

3. After completing the application form, the applicant can apply for consular certification in the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
