Notification
“The Agreement between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Mutual Visa Exemption” will come into effect on June 1, 2025. According to the agreement, holders of valid Chinese official, ordinary official, and ordinary passports, as well as holders of ordinary Uzbek passports, can enter, exit, or transit through the other contracting party’s territory without a visa, provided that the duration of each stay does not exceed 30 days, and the total stay within 180 days does not exceed 90 days. If a stay exceeding 30 days is required or if one intends to settle, work, study, engage in journalistic activities, or other activities that require prior approval from the competent authorities of the other party, an appropriate visa must be applied for before entering the other contracting party’s territory.
