In order to meet different needs of applicants, optimize service items and improve our service, Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Tokyo will add some new extended services from April 18, 2025. The details are as follows:

 I. Extended Service Items

 ※Extended Service Item1: VIP Room+One-to-One Service + Skip The Line+ Free Printing and Copying (within 10 pages)

 ※Extended Service Item2: Application Form Filling Service+Skip The Line + Free Printing and Copying (within 10 pages)

 ※Extended Service Item 3: Visa Application Extended Service (Between 15:00-16:00) + Free Printing and Copying (within 10 pages)

 ※Extended Service Item4: Pick-up Extended Service (Between 16:00-17:00) + Free Printing and Copying (within 10 pages)

 II. Charging Standards

1. The service fee for a single Extended Service Item is 5,000 yen per person(excluding tax).

2. The Extended Service fee is the charge for providing extended services, excluding visa fee and visa application service fee. Even though the applicant withdraws the application midway or the visa application is not approved, the fee will not be refunded.

 III. Extended Service application process

1. Extended Service is based on the principle of voluntary participation. Applicants are requested to choose Extended Service according to their needs.

2. Applicants are requested to apply for Extended Service at least two working days in advance by phone or email to the visa center. The consultation phone number and email address are as follows:

3. If the Extended Service application is approved, the visa center will reply to you with a confirmation email. Due to limited quantity, the visa center cannot ensure that all Extended Service application can be accepted. Please refer to the confirmation email from the visa center.

4. Applicants are requested to go to the Extended Service Counter in the visa center with the Extended Service Confirmation slip received on the day of application submission to handle the business (no need to queue). If you do not receive the confirmation slip from the visa center or cannot present the confirmation slip when you visit our office, we will not provide extended services.
