Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Belgium will officially start the online application for Chinese visas. From Monday August 26, 2024, the online visa application process is as follows:

1.Prepare visa application materials:

Application materials including basic materials and other supporting materials.

2.Fill in the visa application form and submit supporting documents online:

Please log into the website of the Visa Application Service Center www.visaforchina.cn, select Belgium, Brussels, register with your email address, fill in the visa application form and submit relevant supporting documents online, and wait for approval. All applicants (excluding visa for Hong Kong, China and Macau, China) must fill in the application form and submit relevant supporting documents online through this website.

3.Submit the materials and pay the fee at the visa center

After submitting the application, the Embassy or Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Brussels will provide feedback on the materials you need to supplement at any time. Please check the "Application Progress Inquiry" on the website for details. When you find the status is " Approved", please print out the "Visa Application Certificate"(recieved by email) ,  last page of application form and sign. You can come to Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Brussels from 9:00 to 15:00 on working days to submit visa application materials:

① Original passport and copy;

② "Visa Application Certificate" and The last page of the "Visa Application Form" with signature;

③ 1 color photo (within 6 months, bareheaded, white background, 48mm×33mm);

④ Supporting materials printed.

Please pay all fees when submitting the materials, including visa fees and visa service fees. Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Brussels accepts debit card and bank transfers.

4.Collect documents:

Please come to Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Brussels with the original pickup form obtained when submitting materials at the corresponding time to collect your passport and visa.

5. For diplomatic, official and courtesy visas

Please submit the visa application form and supporting documents in accordance with the above procedure, and then go to the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Belgium on a weekday to submit the visa application materials.
