Dear applicants:

When filling out the online visa application, please follow the following information, otherwise your visa application may not be approved:

1. Fill out the visa application form completely. In particular, the section 6.2 - inviting information must be filled in completely and cannot be left blank or selected as "Not Available".

2. The documents must be uploaded to the specified location. For example, if you upload a bank statement, please upload it in the bank statement section.

3.If your visa application has been reviewed but you have not received a visa application certificate email notification, you can come to the Center to apply for the visa。

4.If you receive a request from the embassy and visa center to modify the application form or provide the supplementary documents but you do not make any changes or upload the documents repeatedly, your visa application will be suspended for one week.

5.The scope of acceptance of Chinese visa per consular districts:

According to the division of consular districts, Gerry’s Visa Application Service Center in Islamabad accepts visa applications to China from Pakistani and third-country citizens who have long lived in the capital Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and other places.

Gerry’s Visa Application Service Center in Karachi accepts visa applications from Pakistani and third-country citizens who live in Sindh and Balochistan.

Gerry’s Visa Application Service Center in Lahore accepts visa applications from Pakistani and third-country citizens in Punjab (excluding Rawalpindi).

Applicants are requested to submit applications to the corresponding branches of Gerry’s Visa Application Service Center in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore according to their permanent residence.

Notice on Launching the China Online Visa Processing System

Applicants who have already completed the application form on the current system are required to submit their application documents in person at the CVASC by June 26 (inclusive). Application form of current system will not be accepted after this date.

On June 27, the CVASC will not accept new visa applications, and will only provide passport collection services.

Additionally, it is strongly advised not to fill out the online application form between 12:00 noon on June 27 and 0:00 (midnight) on June 30 to avoid information loss.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL APPLICANTS! Before applying for a visa, please read the step by step guidance detail and prepare all the application documents according to the process. We recommend that applicants apply for a visa one month before your departure and DO NOT purchase flight ticket before you receive your visa, as any losses incurred will be the responsibility of the applicant.
