Application Procedure

STEP 3: Collection

From the day you submit the application at the Visa Center:

Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Seoul:

(9:00-15:00, Monday to Friday, except for holidays)

regular service: Passports will be available for collection on the 4th working day.

express service: Passports will be available for collection on the 3rd working day.

urgent service: Passports will be available for collection on the 2nd working day.

Gwangju Visa Application Services Center :

Business hours of Gwangju Visa Application Service Center is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.(except for holidays)

Gwangju Visa Application Services Center will only accept Regular service (5 working days). 

Jeju Visa Application Services Center :

Business hours of Gwangju Visa Application Service Center is every Monday.(except for holidays)

Jeju Visa Application Services Center will only accept Regular service (2 working days). 

Please make collection during the opening hours at the Visa Center with the original pick-up form.

Submission and payment hours: 9:00 to 15:00

Collection hours : 13:00 to 15:00
