Application Procedure

STEP 3: Collection

From the day you submit the application at the Visa Center:

Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Seoul:

(9:00-15:00, Monday to Friday, except for holidays)

regular service: Passports will be available for collection on the 4th working day.

express service: Passports will be available for collection on the 3rd working day.

urgent service: Passports will be available for collection on the 2nd working day.

Mailing services ：only accept regular applications; Express or Urgent services are not available. Typically, mailing applications require 7 business days from the date processing begins. (This excludes mailing transit time. Some applications may require longer review periods, for which the Center will provide separate notification.)

Please make collection during the opening hours at the Visa Center with the original pick-up form.

Submission and payment hours: 9:00 to 15:00

Collection hours : 13:00 to 15:00
