Important Information

Due to adjustments by the telephone service provider, the contact number of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Vienna will be changed to +43 1544 359188 as of March 15. The current number will no longer be in use from that date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

1. To further facilitate visa applicants, from September 2, 2024, to December 31, 2025, fingerprint collection will be exempted for all applicants of short-term visas for single or double entry submitted.

2. Applicants must submit their applications online via the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Vienna: https://bio.visaforchina.cn/VIE3_EN/qianzhengyewu. For more details, please refer to the "Visa Application Process."

3. The visa center offers various extended service (e.g., online form filling, in-person submission, etc.). For more information, please contact us via email or phone.

The Documents submission time at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Vienna are from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

Urgent and Express Service Visa: 9:00-13:00

Ordinary service visa applications: 9:00-14:30
