Online Chinese Visa Application Procedure

According to the notice from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Japan, starting from June 30, 2025, applicants are required to complete the Online Visa Application Form and upload supporting documents through the website of the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Tokyo.

After the online review has been approved, applicants should bring the “Visa Application Certificate” to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Tokyo to submit their passport and other required documents, and make the payment. No appointment is required.
